Welcome to TimeBack, a mobile application provided by Sean Kuannery Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.

5. Subscription, Payment, and Cancellation

Some features of the Services may require you to purchase a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings or via the platform (e.g., Apple App Store) where you purchased the subscription. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle will result in the automatic renewal of your subscription, and you will be charged accordingly.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the Services.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
